What a brilliant idea! Walk on the Wild Side is a wonderful feature to have
in the community and will be enjoyed by so many people. Just outside of
Stanfree Valley there’s a small village called Woodthorpe (towards Staveley)
and just at the roadside is this wonderful garden.
We’ve seen them working hard from the beginning of this year which included
landscaping, replanting, replenishing, and cultivating the hedgerow and tiny
green space. There are two entrances and two lovely seats to sit amongst the
flowers.
Well done to the Woodthorpe Community Liaison Group For this inspirational
wild space which people can share with nature.
