Are you ready? SVPG are on the lookout for shooting stars in mid-December.
The Geminid (meteor showers) are predicted on 13th and 14th December.
It’s easy. You don’t need a telescope or binoculars to see the streaks of light called meteors. Just the clear dark (no streetlights) night sky!
They appear from the Gemini constellation towards Orions (Hunters) belt (East). The showers are predicted from around 9pm and will peak at around 2am. ENJOY!!!
